This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, driving sales performance while effectively managing assigned territories and targeted accounts.
• Foster strong customer relationships and develop capabilities to address customer needs.
• Achieve sales performance goals, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Develop a pre-call plan utilizing SMART objectives and conduct a post-call evaluation.
• Continuously strive to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges proactively.
• Formulate and implement a call plan that meets established call metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience, with at least three (3) years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry is preferred, along with a high school diploma/GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be willing to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings.
