Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for promoting Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

• Deliver value by engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers through in-person discussions aimed at advocating the assigned Client product(s).

• Optimize selling capabilities and strive to meet or surpass all goals and targets.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Health Care Providers by informing them about product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical degree.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR relevant outside/field B2B (business to business) experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with established connections to OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.

• A proven track record of measurable sales achievements is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within a specified region.

• Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Capacity to work independently while exercising sound business judgment and discretion, as well as analyzing and addressing territory opportunities.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is desirable.

• Proficient in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required—up to a 2-hour radius from the headquarters city—with some overnight travel potentially necessary.
