This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with specialty distributors, wholesalers, GPOs, and logistics partners.
• Supervise the onboarding, preparedness, and execution of distributors for new product launches and implementations.
• Propel distributor performance, onboarding, and operational excellence through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track and evaluate the performance of distributors and wholesalers, including shipments, inventory levels, and service standards.
• Create and maintain distributor scorecards and KPIs to gauge network efficiency.
• Address operational challenges and coordinate escalations as necessary.
• Oversee the daily interactions between Cycle and its third-party logistics (3PL) provider, in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
• Manage outbound distribution from the 3PL to specialty pharmacies, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Assess 3PL performance metrics, including order accuracy, fill rates, shipping schedules, and service standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to facilitate product launches and ongoing distribution requirements.
• Administer the complete lifecycle of specialty distributor contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulations.
• Formulate and execute negotiation strategies and review contract terms.
• Maintain contract documentation, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); monitor key milestones and collaborate with Finance on billing precision and invoice audits.
• Supervise and confirm chargeback activities across distributors and wholesalers to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Work alongside Finance and Commercial Operations to investigate and rectify chargeback discrepancies.
• Examine chargeback trends to identify risks, leakage, or areas for process improvement.
• Assist in reconciliation processes and ensure prompt resolution of disputes.
• Propel cross-functional initiatives to onboard products and refine distribution procedures with specialty distributors and third-party logistics partners.
• Lead efficiency and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment across Market Access, PMO, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in distribution, logistics, procurement, or contract management.
• Proven experience managing relationships and partnerships with specialty distributors.
• Strong project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in contract negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of specialty distribution operations, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong proficiency in data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical distribution processes, including shipments and inventory management.
• Familiarity with chargeback processes and financial reconciliation.
