This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders to foresee challenges and deliver solutions to intricate issues with the appropriate prioritization.
• Utilize comprehensive information and analysis to grasp issues that are often highly technical and complex in nature.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of laboratory information systems, clinical imaging systems, and Corepoint to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with departmental needs.
• Manage system integration while developing and maintaining both functional and technical specifications.
• Plan, implement, and execute projects as requested by the clinical department.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements or to address concerns in collaboration with the broader IT team and business partners to realize those opportunities.
• Keep all necessary regulatory documentation in a state that is ready for inspection.
• Conduct thorough testing for new software updates and projects while maintaining and developing testing scripts.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare IS, ideally with extensive knowledge of various Healthcare applications.
• Familiarity with Orchard products, Studycast, eClinicalWorks, Artisan, and Corepoint is advantageous.
• Understanding of HL7, API, SFTP interfaces, and SQL is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, along with oral presentation abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to be available on-call as necessary.
