This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide assistance to clients with their home and auto insurance requirements
• Take the initiative to contact clients about their insurance policies
• Effectively communicate with prospective clients through phone, email, and SMS
• Track personal performance and achieve set targets
• Keep precise records of client communications in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team to meet organizational goals
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant customer service experience
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Quick to learn with a keen interest in technology
• Up to 5 weeks of vacation each year
