This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +2 more states.
• Acts as the principal accountable individual for the independent review and analysis of new stable value contracts and amendments, ensuring that the specified terms and delivered services are accurately documented.
• Investigates and addresses inquiries related to new and existing contracts, making informed decisions and advising stakeholders on the appropriate next steps.
• Collaborates with Product Management to evaluate how new product offerings involving stable value funds will impact current and future contract documentation.
• Ensures the Stable Value database is effectively utilized to support comprehensive contract lifecycle management while adhering to relevant state filing regulations.
• Works alongside internal stakeholders to guarantee the precise and compliant transfer of essential information into the stable value database, including crediting rates and state regulatory mandates.
• Complies with all relevant statutes, regulations, and company protocols; keeps abreast of updates from the state filing team and pertinent filing restrictions.
• Addresses issues by examining data and engaging relevant internal/external stakeholders to identify root causes within the process.
• Offers information, education, and training on processes, procedures, products, and services within designated areas of responsibility.
• Executes and fulfills routine assignments and projects, applying specialized knowledge within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Provides insights on the potential effects of proposed processes on current operational practices and their compatibility with applicable systems.
• Identifies and conveys process enhancements to management that streamline workload or enhance quality within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Remains informed about current and emerging trends within designated areas of responsibility, evaluates their impact, and partners with management to integrate relevant advancements into current and future solutions.
• Contributes to organizational initiatives by positively influencing and promoting change management efforts at both departmental and enterprise levels.
• Engages in and contributes to projects related to Stable Value or Workplace Solutions, as required.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in retirement plan operations and/or retirement plan/contract experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities, including the capacity to assess trends and apply mathematical concepts.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with robust interpersonal and relationship management abilities; capable of influencing and building consensus.
• Proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), especially in handling and analyzing large datasets, utilizing pivot tables, and crafting reports that support business decision-making.
• Ability to perform under pressure in emergency, critical, or hazardous situations.
• Capacity to collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Exhibits strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., management, peers, and colleagues).
• Displays excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and juggle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Shows the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion concerning confidential information.
