This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Offers engineering assistance to clients, customer support teams, and field support personnel regarding systems and product challenges.
• Collaborates with both customer and company representatives to identify technical issues, devise solutions, and help clients implement the necessary fixes.
• Aids in the planning, design, and assessment of new and existing computer network systems and services.
• Diagnoses and resolves network-related problems.
• Performs installation and updates of network hardware and software.
• Develops and maintains documentation concerning network configurations, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Oversees and evaluates network performance metrics.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Network Administration.
• Technically adept in programming languages such as SQL, JAVA, Perl, HTML, Fortran, and C/C++.
• Strong communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills; possesses analytical and critical thinking abilities, and is organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of collaborating in a team setting while taking a hands-on approach with colleagues across all organizational levels.
