This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a consultative partner and the primary point of contact for the commercial team, channels, and clients within your portfolio (franchisees and distributors), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction (Customer Success);
• Oversee product performance by tracking daily KPIs such as TPV (transaction volume), penetration, conversion, and delinquency, while assessing the financial impacts of new initiatives;
• Generate structured reports and presentations of results, transforming complex analyses into clear, coherent, and persuasive messages for leadership and the executive board;
• Facilitate the product's monthly closing processes, collaborating closely with the Credit & Collections department and Grupo Boticário’s commercial framework;
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to map the product journey, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend automations, enhancements, and adjustments to business rules with an emphasis on efficiency and scalability;
• Contribute to the expansion and growth of the financial solutions portfolio by assisting in the design of monetization improvements and continuously refining the value proposition of the products you manage.
• Completed Bachelor's degree;
• Generalist profile with strong interpersonal skills, functioning as a strategic business consultant to comprehend customers’ pain points, moving away from a "traditional salesperson" role;
• High analytical ability and sharp logical reasoning skills to convert large amounts of raw data into actionable commercial strategies;
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (capable of building numerical rationales, analytical views, and basic formulas);
• Exceptional communication and executive influence skills to guide interactions with various internal and external stakeholders, along with proficiency in structuring and delivering presentations to the board;
• Ownership mentality and a hands-on, execution-focused approach, showcasing resilience and mental agility to operate under pressure and swiftly adapt to changing priorities;
• Business acumen and critical thinking, with a preferred understanding of financial models (particularly in B2B credit and B2P/Salons) to assist in prioritizing executive requests;
• Willingness to travel across Brazil regularly (approximately every two months, for 3 to 4 days) for in-person visits and relationship-building with franchisees;
• Advantage: Familiarity with cloud solutions like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or BI tools (not mandatory, as training is provided by the company).
