This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the financial setup and daily financial management of designated projects.
• Create and assess internal and client budgets, incorporating updates and scope modifications.
• Evaluate revenue, forecasting, profitability, and financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project groups, finance, and contracts.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting, encompassing revenue recognition and tracking new business initiatives.
• Lead pricing discussions and offer financial advice to internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to financial processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contractual obligations.
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
• Background in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related position.
• Proven experience in supporting project financial management and reporting.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory (preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline), with a Master's degree considered an advantage.
