Spanish Remote Simultaneous Interpretation, RSI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote interpretation sessions in a professional manner, upholding the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be prepared to take notes during interpretation sessions.

• Become familiar with industry-specific terminology, especially in healthcare and medical sectors.

• Ensure interpretations are accurate and complete, refraining from adding, omitting, or altering any information.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout interpretation sessions.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency.

• Engage in internal professional training and pursue additional certifications.

• Maintain communication and provide updates to your team leader.

• Follow dress code guidelines for remote interpretation sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish.

• At least 1 year of remote interpretation experience with a reputable organization.

• Strong grasp of medical terminology; familiarity with legal terminology is an added advantage.

• International certifications relevant to the healthcare field (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) are beneficial.

• High school diploma in your primary language.

• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.

• Exceptional communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities.
