Spanish OPI/VRI Medical Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Take notes throughout the duration of each call.

• Accurately convey all messages without adding, omitting, or substituting any information.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during the interpreting process.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Engage in internal professional training and seek new certifications to enhance skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience as OPI/VRI Interpreters.

• Familiarity with specific vocabulary related to the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Adherence to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Technical specifications: high-speed internet connection, suitable computer systems and equipment, and a noise-cancelling wired headset.
