This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Handling incoming phone calls while delivering outstanding customer service
• Addressing customer inquiries and feedback through phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with efficiency and professionalism
• Tasked with investigating and resolving complaints to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Following up on all written communications and escalating issues to the customer service manager on duty as needed
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution and working alongside fellow customer service team members to foster an environment of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center (preferred)
• Ability to type 60+ words per minute (preferred)
• Basic understanding of website navigation (preferred)
• Necessary equipment will be provided
