Spanish Customer Service – Luxury Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries

• Professionally address complaints to uphold high customer satisfaction levels

• Carefully record all customer interactions in the CRM system

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product support and customer service processes

• Provide exceptional support and address customer questions as the representative of the company

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken

• At least a B2 level of English proficiency

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with computers and eager to learn new software tools

• Capable of thriving in a team-oriented work environment

• Open to relocating and residing in Greece
