This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to children, adolescents, and young adults under 25 experiencing issues and concerns.

• Offering support for self-help initiatives.

• Encouraging and promoting solution-oriented thinking among chat participants.

• Working in self-selected 2-hour shifts alongside other advisors.

• Participating in onboarding at the start of the role.

• Committing to at least 2 chat shifts per month.

• Engaging in supervision sessions.

• Preparing for and following up on chats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a Bachelor's student with additional qualifications or extensive counseling experience.

• Psychotherapist in training or with a completed degree in a recognized psychotherapy method.

• Physician with additional qualifications in psychotherapy.

• Teacher or educator with supplementary counseling experience.

• Social worker or social educator with state recognition.

• Alternatively, similar backgrounds may be considered upon individual review, provided they have substantial psychosocial counseling experience.

• Professional competence in psychosocial counseling.

• Access to a PC or laptop for counseling sessions.

• Mobile phone for platform registration.

• Proficient in using digital tools.

• If necessary, demonstrable German language skills at C2 level.

• Minimum commitment of 2 chat shifts per month.

• Participation in supervision sessions.

• Willingness to dedicate 2.5 hours per shift, including preparation and follow-up.
