This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Provide assistance to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients along with internal stakeholders to enhance the operations and sourcing strategies of JLL-managed services.
• Deliver insights related to the market, suppliers, and operational performance for service operations.
• Identify and direct field resources to implement strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in support of JLL's sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and program management.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL's Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and long-term client benefits.
• Conduct regular market trend analyses, including assessments of the supplier base and changes within the industry.
• Present analyses to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a format suitable for clients.
• Implement, coordinate, and communicate both regional and national programs.
• Assist in supplier relationship and performance initiatives with key suppliers.
• Provide guidance, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams regarding RFPs/bids, contracting, and operational procedures.
• Manage the expectations of both internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure that contractual terms and conditions are thoroughly reviewed and approved.
• Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and address issues with operations teams, temporary staff, and project-specific personnel.
• Support the development of diversity initiatives.
• Mentor and educate suppliers through organized meetings.
• Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Contribute to JLL's e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or related fields.
• Experience with project management and business transitions is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Expertise in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
