This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will attract, screen, and submit talent for current and future demands.
• You will meet the required metrics, which include outreach, screening, interviewing, and hiring goals.
• You will effectively communicate and collaborate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent needs.
• You will manage candidate status and notes within the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse candidates.
• You will monitor and track the candidate pipeline to ensure it meets the requirements of open positions.
• You will employ market-driven strategies to research, engage, and pre-qualify passive talent.
• You will utilize recruitment systems correctly and focus on data integrity for accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.
• You will interact promptly with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing needs.
• You will develop and maintain data mining techniques using advanced search methods.
• You will monitor candidate activity related to specific sourcing projects and regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and recruiters.
• You will be responsible for ad hoc projects that support the recruiting organization.
• A minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, ideally within the construction management or capital projects sector.
• A minimum of 4 years demonstrating the ability to multi-task with multiple candidates simultaneously, scheduling initial screens while providing consistent feedback for an optimal candidate experience.
