• Identify and establish relationships with vendor partners in North East and Europe capable of producing high-quality Women's Woven Top products with quick production lead times.
• Efficiently pitch and onboard vendor partners with clear criteria during the initial testing phase.
• Enhance operational excellence among existing supplier relationships while broadening the supplier base for redundancy.
• Oversee capacity management at both supplier and style levels to align with the company's growth and scalability.
• Rapidly source any materials that can significantly improve product cost, quality, and speed for larger orders.
• Possess extensive experience in open costing breakdown from either the brand or manufacturer perspective to formulate a comprehensive strategy for costing negotiations.
• Serve as an Ambassador for our partners in all interactions, nurturing and strengthening our relationships through continuous improvement.
• Strive for higher launch success rates by enhancing product quality and reducing development times through identifying bottlenecks and presenting solutions.
• Lead initiatives from both a high-level strategic viewpoint and a detailed operational perspective, engaging a diverse range of stakeholders from various functions and cultures.
• Over 10 years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Women's apparel categories, particularly with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe, focusing on Women's Woven Tops.
• A consumer-focused and ambitious individual capable of providing strategic leadership while serving as a role model in business with confidence, pride, and passion that creates significant personal and professional impact.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and quick learner, adapting quickly to new challenges.
