Sourcing Manager, Women's Leather Outerwear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Identify potential vendor partners in the Northeast capable of producing high-quality Women's Outerwear products.

• Quickly pitch and onboard vendor partners.

• Ensure excellence in operations for existing supplier partnerships.

• Manage capacity at both supplier and style levels.

• Source materials promptly to effectively enhance product cost.

• Expertise in costing from either the brand or manufacturer perspective.

• Serve as an Ambassador for our partners.

• Strive for higher launch success rates through product excellence.

• Maintain a clear strategic and commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Women’s apparel categories, specifically in Women's Outerwear, with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe.

• A consumer-focused and ambitious individual who provides strategic leadership.

• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and a quick independent learner.

• Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven approach.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution.

• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations.
