This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead strategic customer engagement to establish the AI workforce vision utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based solutions.
• Convert business challenges into high-impact AI opportunities that encompass automation, Copilot adoption, and agentic use cases.
• Serve as the senior strategic lead throughout the discovery, planning, and delivery phases to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and customers to promote adoption, gather insights, and continuously enhance AI solutions.
• Define, quantify, and articulate ROI, productivity improvements, and measurable business value using actual engagement data.
• Lead pre-sales initiatives including workshops, executive briefings, and events, while fostering pipeline growth and shaping opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Microsoft and internal teams to align strategies, co-sell activities, and maximize customer value.
• Empower internal teams and customers through knowledge sharing, account mapping, and exploring broader AI, automation, and governance opportunities.
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365, covering core workloads and emerging Copilot capabilities.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role within an IT reseller, MSP, or channel partner setting.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and customer demonstration skills, with the ability to confidently conduct workshops, briefings, and live product demonstrations.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with experience in identifying opportunities and supporting solution positioning.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a desire to expand knowledge in Copilot, automation, and agent-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of linking business challenges to technology-driven outcomes.
• Collaborative attitude with experience working alongside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
