Solutions Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders of customer-facing teams to identify and analyze customer needs for new solutions.

• Recognize operational inefficiencies, manual processes, and opportunities for automation within each solution.

• Develop solution blueprints and automation workflows utilizing existing platform features.

• Engage directly with AI agents and prompting tools to create automated solutions.

• Validate, test, and refine blueprints to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.

• Document the architecture of solutions, demonstrations, and guidelines for implementation.

• Provide comprehensive feedback to Product Managers concerning feature gaps and necessary enhancements to facilitate solution scalability.

• Assist in the rollout and enablement of blueprint solutions across teams and customer bases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial Services (such as Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Lending, or FinTech).

• Understanding of financial operations, compliance, or risk-related processes (including onboarding, audits, claims, or payments).

• Background in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.

• Strong grasp of business workflow mapping, process modeling, and methodologies for process improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into organized automated workflows or solutions.

• Practical technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset capable of measuring the impact of solutions through data analysis.
