Solutions Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical authority for project execution and ongoing assistance

• Work closely with project managers to define technical requirements and develop comprehensive implementation strategies

• Create detailed technical documentation, such as network diagrams, step-by-step instructions, and execution plans

• Deploy and configure IT solutions according to project specifications and internal best practices

• Educate internal support teams on newly implemented systems and tools

• Monitor and track project milestones to ensure successful delivery within set timelines

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while upholding technical excellence

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness

• Be available for occasional after-hours (evening/weekend) deployments

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and prompt resolution of technical challenges

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies through ongoing training and certifications

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in IT infrastructure project implementation

• Industry-recognized certifications (preferred): Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Fortinet Certifications (NSE4 & NSE5)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Strong expertise with: Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)

• Bilingual in English and French (Required)
