This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage directly with customers to oversee their onboarding journey, assisting them in swiftly learning and deriving value from our platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Support team to effectively identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure that Paragon clients experience significant value from their product implementation.
• Work alongside customers as they develop integrations, install our SDK, create syncs and actions, and craft script-based workflows, ensuring optimal implementation of Paragon with scalability in mind.
• Collaborate with the Success, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to guarantee successful customer implementations and contract renewals.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of our help center, marketing materials, and documentation, ensuring they are technically accurate and valuable.
• Lead initiatives focused on boosting customer adoption and enhancing product usability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training resources that empower both customers and internal teams.
• Advocate for and implement solutions that improve both the product and customer experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Solutions / Support role within a B2B SaaS environment, involving substantial customer interaction.
• Strong technical expertise with at least 2 years of coding experience in a single language (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby); familiarity with APIs and API documentation; skilled at managing and resolving complex system issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex technical concepts for any stakeholder.
• A proactive problem-solver who continuously seeks to enhance customer satisfaction and product functionality.
• Strong project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
