Solutions Engineer, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical insights throughout the sales process and beyond, assisting in identifying and demonstrating use cases that highlight the value of the Omni platform.

• Develop and showcase tailored, high-touch Proofs of Concept within the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, while guiding potential customers on effectively utilizing Omni for AI and BI applications with their data.

• Ensure a seamless transition from trials to satisfied customers by working closely with post-sales teams and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback and influence product direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

• Background in a client-facing role, with a strong desire to engage closely with customers.

• Proficient analytical skills, utilizing SQL, Python, or similar tools.

• Enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily work processes.

• A strong passion for working with data.

• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to assisting and educating others.

• Previous experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools is preferred (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sisense, etc).
