This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical resource throughout the sales process in Quebec and European regions, leading customer interactions such as demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept implementations to foster new business opportunities and growth.

• Conduct technical assessments to evaluate prospects’ environments, pinpoint gaps, and establish success criteria that inform proposal development and expedite deal closures.

• Stay informed about the AI, DSPM, and data security sectors, comprehending how advancing AI capabilities align with customer goals, and effectively communicate the subsequent business impact to both technical and executive audiences.

• Empower, assist, and educate partners on Qohash solutions to generate new revenue through partner-led and co-selling strategies.

• Work collaboratively across departments to aid in RFP submissions, revenue-driven initiatives, and strategic growth plans for current accounts by identifying additional use cases and value propositions as a technical authority.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, address technical objections with authority, and represent the customer’s voice internally, relaying product feedback, feature requests, and technical deficiencies to your colleagues.

• Create technical narratives and demonstration environments that align revenue discussions with real-world results, customized to the regulatory and business environments of Quebec and European markets, while keeping up with the latest product advancements and roadmap.

• Travel as necessary to fulfill business needs, including attending in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows in Quebec and European territories, with a readiness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong alignment with our core values (experience in a high-velocity company is preferred)

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• The ideal candidate will currently live near Montreal or Quebec City (QC)

• 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a comparable technical pre-sales role, demonstrating the ability to independently manage complex enterprise evaluations

• Over 3 years of experience overseeing intricate technical engagements or proof-of-concept implementations, including navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing processes

• Familiarity with or experience in positioning AI-driven products, with the ability to clearly articulate model outputs, limitations, and value from a customer-centric perspective

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to customize messages for varied audiences

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
