This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to potential customers throughout the pre-sales process.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assist in discovery calls, solution positioning, and deal strategy.

• Design and showcase solutions utilizing Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and associated Power Platform services.

• Develop and present live product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical walkthroughs customized for customer use cases.

• Collect and interpret customer requirements into solution architectures and automation workflows.

• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation necessary for sales opportunities.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide insights from pre-sales engagements to Product and Customer Success teams to foster continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about updates in the Microsoft ecosystem and emerging automation best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Pre-sales Engineer, or a similar technical customer-facing role.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Hands-on experience in building or designing solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Proven experience in supporting sales processes, including discovery, demonstrations, and technical presentations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present confidently to varied audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to align business needs with technical solutions.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments alongside Sales and technical teams.

• Experience in clearly and systematically explaining integration concepts, workflows, or automation logic.
