Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on enhancing the pre-sales experience by collaborating with potential customers to assess CoLab and identify how it integrates into their workflows and engineering challenges.

• Collaborate with existing clients to facilitate complex deployments and revolutionize team collaboration.

• Create and present compelling, tailored demonstrations that highlight how CoLab resolves customer challenges and provides distinctive value.

• Team up with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to address intricate customer issues across various mechanical design and engineering scenarios.

• Gain an understanding of a customer's current workflows, pain points, and how they align with business outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects regarding the possibilities of AI in mechanical engineering, both currently and in the future.

• Convey customer insights to the Product team to ensure we are consistently developing solutions that meet customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses extensive industry experience—whether in automotive, aerospace, heavy machinery, medical devices, or another intricate mechanical field.

• Equally adept in front of a whiteboard or within a C-level boardroom—capable of translating engineering challenges into business solutions.

• Proficient in collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Excellent communicator, skilled at adapting technical discussions for various audiences.

• Comfortable managing multiple strategic and tactical initiatives simultaneously.

• Industry domain expert with extensive knowledge and experience in CAD/PLM tools.

• Ability to grasp use cases and showcase industry expertise to build credibility with customers.

• Capable of simplifying complex subjects into easily understandable information.
