• Design, implement, and tailor secure, scalable search solutions to meet client specifications.

• Develop and set up data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations.

• Utilize AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Personalize and enhance the search platform's UX and UI according to customer demands.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor throughout all stages of the implementation process.

• Deliver technical solutions to executive teams and stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and in-depth technical discussions with client teams.

• Offer continuous support, troubleshooting, and enablement.

• Collaborate across functions with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure impactful delivery.

• As a senior-level professional, guide junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of internal technical best practices.

• Engage in roadmap planning and share knowledge through initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-centric engineering roles.

• Practical experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 1 year of frontend development experience using Angular, TypeScript, or React.

• Proficient in REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities; adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
