This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in qualifying and finalizing opportunities with customers while providing technical expertise through support in technical evaluations, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Achieve technical victories in deals by showcasing how AuthZed fulfills the prospect's needs.

• Engage in daily collaboration with Account Executives in a pre-sales capacity to gather and document customer technical requirements, performance Service Level Objectives (SLOs), consistency needs, and software architecture.

• Conduct live permissions schema design sessions, create tailored solutions utilizing our products, and design Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions for prospects.

• Lead both virtual and in-person demonstrations as well as in-depth technical sessions.

• Identify product deficiencies and relay this information to our product team to influence the future development of our offerings.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain dynamic customer demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure customer success.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a solutions engineering role or a similar technical position, ideally in a customer-facing environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.

• Proficient in a modern backend programming language (preferably Go, Python, Java, or Node).

• Hands-on experience with relational databases, such as Postgres.

• Skilled in designing and deploying solutions within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing Kubernetes clusters.

• Experience with API integrations, including handling streams and pagination.

• Strong capability in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, recommending solutions based on customer needs, and effectively communicating both technical and business requirements to varied audiences, including internal engineering and product teams.

• Demonstrated success in conducting training sessions, demonstrations, and presentations for stakeholders with varying technical expertise.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and shifting requirements, with a quick aptitude for learning new technical concepts.
