Solutions Engineer – AI Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical discovery process to create customized AI safety and development initiatives.

• Work together with Sales and Service Line Leadership to navigate intricate sales cycles within the Global 2000.

• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to convert client needs into actionable Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Offer expertise in model training, fine-tuning techniques, and thorough evaluation metrics.

• Design effective adversarial testing (red teaming) and guardrail strategies to pinpoint and mitigate risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level experience (4 - 7 years) in Data Science or Machine Learning.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale technical sales for global organizations.

• A strong professional interest or background in AI Alignment and Safety.

• Exceptional capability to connect highly technical engineering teams with non-technical business executives.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex workstreams and internal stakeholder interests concurrently.
