This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a specialized consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and clients, concentrating on Microsoft Solutions with an intermediate knowledge base.
• Offer recommendations aligned with customer objectives and escalate complex scenarios to senior team members.
• Provide industry-focused insights addressing customer challenges and promoting Microsoft modern solutions.
• Offer guidance on Microsoft Volume Licensing products, pricing, and programs.
• Advocate for value-added managed and professional services to facilitate customer transformation.
• Collaborate with POD SAs to identify and develop Advanced Technology Product opportunities.
• Handle incoming Xcelerate requests from Account Managers.
• Process contract amendments, Customer Information Worksheets, Contact Information Change Requests, supplemental Customer Price Sheet orders, Direct billing orders, Direct billing EA quoting, and customer online tenant additions.
• Work alongside Subscription Operations on scheduled billing cases, held or failed Microsoft CSP orders, product SKU creation, and associated communications.
• Conduct online research regarding new product developments.
• Communicate with and train Account Managers using Microsoft sales and licensing resources.
• Keep up to date with programs, technical knowledge, market trends, and operational models.
• Complete Microsoft training through Get License Ready and Partner University.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with vendor resources and account teams.
• Execute outbound sales development activities for Connection or Microsoft campaigns.
• Achieve quarterly targets and objectives set by Microsoft Solutions Sales Leadership.
• Obtain Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications within 12 months of hire.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Understanding of the Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft solutions and programs, with the capability to complete on-the-job training leading to certification.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, sales support, or similar roles with the ability to negotiate and present solutions.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the capacity to convey complex information to customers.
• Comfort in presenting to internal teams.
• Strong consultative abilities.
• Capability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Careful attention to detail in composing, entering, and proofreading professional business materials.
