Solutions Architect, QA/QE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Defines the strategies and approach to testing within the organization, including establishing standard testing strategies and a vision for quality assurance.

• Influences the development of QA/QE standards across the company.

• Manages and oversees testing strategies, which encompass: test planning, estimation (assessing work effort and resources), scheduling, progress monitoring, and result reporting.

• Collaborates with clients (including business trips).

• Works alongside the development team.

• Provides advice to others and shares knowledge.

• Engages in sales activities—supports the Presales team and Account Managers in delivery.

• Utilizes tools and techniques from Generative AI.

• Facilitates the adoption of AI tools within the team and processes.

• Considers AI capabilities when designing architecture and making technological decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a tech lead or solutions architect role - a must-have.

• Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies (both manual and automated).

• Proficient in Playwright.

• Utilizes Claude Code (AI-assisted QA) in daily work.

• Possesses knowledge related to application and system architecture.

• Communicates in English at a C1 level.

• Demonstrates a high level of business awareness.

• Exhibits strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Open to business trips and client delegations.

• Regularly uses at least one AI tool in development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).

• Willingness to embrace AI-assisted software development processes.

• Not afraid of challenges; responsibility and independence are second nature to you.

• **Nice to have**

• Ability to build prompts and consciously utilize LLM in analysis, design, and code review.

• Experience in integrating LLM models with backend applications (e.g., via OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).

• Familiarity with more than one AI-assisted development tool and the ability to compare their applications.
