This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development of solutions for Federal and DoD RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQ task orders.
• Assess solicitations (Sections L & M, PWS/SOW/SOO, attachments) and pinpoint technical, management, and compliance requirements.
• Create comprehensive technical and management strategies that align with customer mission objectives.
• Convert government challenges into actionable, innovative solutions by leveraging company capabilities.
• Collaborate with solutions architects, Proposal Managers, SMEs, pricing, and operations teams as necessary.
• Prepare technical volumes, management volumes, executive summaries, and proposal documents.
• Design solution graphics, process flows, CONOPS diagrams, and organizational structures to fulfill proposal response requirements.
• Ensure that solutions align with evaluation criteria and differentiators.
• Engage in color team reviews and integrate feedback effectively.
• Assist in oral presentations and technical discussions as needed.
• Contribute to the development of win themes and value propositions.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting U.S. Government contracts.
• Direct experience with the U.S. Department of Defense; experience in the intelligence community is advantageous.
• Proven experience in responding to DoD RFPs and RFIs.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS-driven procurements.
• Experience and familiarity with supporting Army, Air Force, Navy, Defense Agencies, and Combatant Commands.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compliant and persuasive technical and management solutions.
• Excellent proposal writing and editing abilities.
• Skilled in creating proposal graphics and visual solution concepts.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively across capture, contracts, pricing, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in a technical or business discipline).
