This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with stakeholders to promote alignment and ensure that Data Analytics solutions fulfill ongoing requirements and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve and uphold the stability of the current OAC platform.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to devise data ingestion strategies for the new Data Lake (utilizing ETL tools, flat file processing, etc.).
• Establish and maintain data management standards, including thorough documentation of current data sources, transformations, and report specifications.
• Advocate for self-service BI and data visualization to reach the broadest audience (OAC and Power BI).
• Assist in user creation and access management for our existing OAC reporting platform, ensuring appropriate access for new users as they onboard.
• Guarantee data quality through validation, cleansing/scrubbing, and effective ETL techniques.
• Coordinate with business users to support and resolve system-related issues.
• Adhere to Integer standards for project management and SDLC.
• Engage in and contribute to status and planning meetings.
• Communicate effectively regarding status updates, issue escalations and resolutions, and other relevant events to stakeholders and IT at all levels.
• Provide OAC support for data ingestion into the current OAC environment (utilizing Oracle Data Sync) including activities such as mapping new tables and fields to enhance data availability in our existing environment.
• Improve existing tables to include more pertinent data for reporting purposes.
• Aid in the development of new dashboards and reports as well as transitioning existing ones from OAC to Microsoft Power BI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in the analysis, planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and administration of BI and Data Analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and flat file processing techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
• Proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend business priorities and requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and/or similar data visualization platforms.
• A strong passion for data and analytics, with the ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and actions.
• Capability to understand and articulate the business impact of data analysis and recommendations.
• A desire to grasp the "why" behind the numbers and to explain complex analytical models in simple terms.
• Awareness of emerging data warehouse design methodologies and their potential future implications for data analytics architecture (e.g., Data Lake).
• Familiarity with fundamental project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, team, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in clearly communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead change and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives.
• Self-motivated, self-managed, quick learner, problem-solver, open-minded with a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to work in a team environment alongside other architects/analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
