This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Evaluate the technical and operational needs of customers, primarily focusing on the State of Colorado, and formulate both near- and long-term analytics strategies that are in line with existing environments, regulatory requirements, and funding models.
β’ Spearhead technical discovery and solution development in partnership with account executives, customers, and technology partners, offering presales architectural insights across Trace3 Government's Data & Analytics portfolio (including but not limited to Splunk).
β’ Act as a senior technical advisor throughout presales and delivery processes, aiding in solution design, architectural validation, service scoping, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), while ensuring alignment with customer goals and best delivery practices.
β’ Execute intricate architecture and consulting tasks independently while working with peer architects and engineers to remain updated on vendor capabilities, platform best practices, and cutting-edge analytics solutions for regulated environments.
β’ Direct the definition of technical solutions and service scoping, including contributions to architectures, solution designs, and Statements of Work (SOWs); assist in the development of Bills of Materials (BOMs) as necessary to ensure alignment with customer needs and delivery results.
β’ Leverage delivery and architectural knowledge to enhance presales-to-delivery workflows, tools, and technical engagement models; provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on real-world customer and project experiences.
β’ Employ a consultative and collaborative approach to connect account executives, engineering teams, and customers to guarantee technical feasibility, establish clear expectations, and facilitate a seamless transition from presales to delivery.
β’ Aid in strategic account planning and technical execution by aligning customer goals, platform capabilities, and delivery methodologies to foster long-term analytics success within targeted government sectors.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant professional experience.
β’ At least a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of proven experience in leading enterprise data architecture assessments, design, and implementation.
β’ Required to hold a Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect certification; Splunk Core Certified Consultant certification is preferred.
β’ Possession of a Top Secret security clearance.
β’ A technical BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Math, or Physics, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
