This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate outstanding onboarding experiences. Collaborate closely with a Fiddler Delivery Manager to design and implement onboarding solutions that align customer objectives with Fiddler’s capabilities, ensuring timely deployments with precision and clear success criteria achieved.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor our clients depend on. You will cultivate strong relationships with data science and ML engineering teams, guiding them throughout their AI observability journey to ensure they gain measurable value from Fiddler.
• Advocate for the customer perspective across Fiddler. Lead continuous technical engagements, status updates, roadmap discussions, QBRs, and manage escalations; ensuring customer feedback informs our product roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Become an expert in AI Observability. Master Fiddler’s platform and assist customers in operationalizing observability best practices to enhance model transparency, performance monitoring, and compliance throughout their ML lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth integrations and technical success. Develop custom integration code that links Fiddler to customer data ecosystems using tools like Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, Kafka, and more; guaranteeing robust, scalable, and secure pipelines.
• Boost platform adoption. Create and enhance integration patterns between Fiddler and popular data platforms, workflow tools, and ML infrastructures to shorten time-to-value for new customers.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities. Discover new ways Fiddler can create impact, whether through advanced observability use cases, expanded integrations, or deeper model governance, contributing to renewals and growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 5-7+ years of professional experience.
• Over 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production settings.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities effectively.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, and Delivery—to achieve customer outcomes.
• A customer-centric mindset characterized by empathy, curiosity, and a profound sense of accountability for delivering value.
