Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage clients regarding business challenges, ensuring mutual understanding and clarity, while taking ownership of the context from initiation through to the conclusion of delivery.

• Assist sales teams during client meetings and in estimation processes.

• Drive innovation across technologies and teams to develop practical and impactful solutions.

• Take part in the creation of solutions that are conceived, driven, and owned by Service Delivery.

• Produce high-quality solution designs and related documentation.

• Present, articulate, and align clients with the appropriate design outcomes.

• Ensure the application of best practices and consistent delivery methodologies on assigned projects.

• Provide Project Managers with insights on project planning and estimation efforts for each project assigned.

• Organize work and create deliverables that are in line with the project scope and budget.

• Structure and lead design review sessions.

• Communicate the risks and advantages of design and architectural options to an audience with varying technical expertise.

• Manage client expectations related to design to achieve successful client sign-off.

• Conduct code reviews when appropriate.

• Engage in identifying and developing reusable assets to enhance efficiency and consistency in delivery across projects in design, installation, and migration areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity.

• A strong desire to learn and pursue continuous education in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

• Ability to effectively influence and align client perspectives and agendas.

• Proven sound judgment in decision-making.

• Established experience in process automation and business applications.

• A passion for addressing business challenges through Automation and AI.

• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Canada are essential prerequisites.
