This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the P&C insurance domain expert during the sales process for carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Perform in-depth needs assessments, facilitate consultative discussions with clients, and assist in crafting ReSource Pro’s integrated service and product solutions portfolio.
• Develop & Deliver Solutions: Spearhead the solution development and blueprint formulation process.
• Design precise, comprehensive solutions (including data, analytics, automation, and processes), oversee cross-functional teams to ensure a unified strategy, evaluate operational and financial risks, and lead solution defense discussions with clients.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership: Strengthen ReSource Pro’s reputation as an industry leader by conducting webinars, writing white papers, contributing to the corporate blog, and participating in industry trade shows.
• Promote Cross-Functional Efficiency: Assist with RFI/RFPs and manage analyst relations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferred fields of study include Business, Finance, or Risk Management with an Insurance focus).
• P&C Domain Expertise: At least 5–7+ years of professional experience in the P&C insurance and/or employee benefits sectors.
• Operations & Process Focus: A minimum of 2–3+ years of experience in Lean process improvement or operations management within a service setting is necessary.
• Consultative & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional listening abilities and a strong intellectual curiosity.
• Technological & Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with P&C Insurance Agency Management Systems, employee benefits platforms, Visio, and MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Communication & Presence: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and effectively engage with C-suite leaders of clients.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel 40% – 50% domestically within the U.S., with occasional international travel.
