This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions that demonstrate the value of Panorama.
• Oversee the technical discovery phase with potential clients, assessing their current systems (e.g., SIS, LMS, assessment platforms) and developing customized integration solutions.
• Assist in sales presentations and demonstrations by effectively communicating the innovative and technical features of Panorama's platform to potential clients, including insights on our AI solutions and their implementation.
• Act as a technical consultant throughout the sales process, aiding prospects in evaluating Panorama’s platform within their overall ecosystem of SIS, LMS, Assessments, and other integrated systems.
• Support the RFP Squad in assessing product suitability and drafting responses for RFP submissions, which may involve presenting to high-level decision makers and board of education members either in-person or virtually.
• Facilitate discussions with clients regarding Panorama’s application of Safe and Responsible AI, including our AI infrastructure and safety measures. Must stay updated on the dynamic landscape of AI.
• Maintain proficiency in educational technology, data system integration, and security protocols.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure our offerings meet market demands.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to sales team members to improve their capacity to promote Panorama’s solutions.
• Keep a thorough understanding of Panorama’s products and services while staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a comparable technical pre-sales position, ideally within educational technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating enterprise-level sales cycles, including technical discovery, presentations, and proposal development.
• In-depth knowledge of educational technology systems, particularly their integration with SIS, LMS, and other district-level platforms.
• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to handle multiple client engagements, working both autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to designing client-centered technical solutions.
• A genuine passion for education and the use of technology to achieve positive outcomes for students.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or higher, experience in K-12 settings, experience with pre-sales activities in SaaS or EdTech, familiarity with AI skills, agents, or custom tool development, and experience in special education or MTSS, and EdTech integration.
