This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead sales presentations and technical demonstrations, clearly articulating the advantages of our platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customize presentations to address particular business challenges, highlighting efficiency, scalability, and cost-saving aspects.
• Facilitate comprehensive technical discovery sessions with potential clients to identify their requirements, obstacles, and opportunities.
• Create tailored solutions, draft proposals, and assist in the formulation of commercial offers.
• Manage the sales process from initial discovery to contract execution, ensuring that customer expectations are well-defined and fulfilled.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance sales pitches and materials, ensuring they align with market messaging and client needs.
• Serve as an internal advocate for customers, providing insightful feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence future solution developments.
• At least 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering position, preferably in the telecommunications sector or with MVNx.
• Direct experience with MVNOs and a robust understanding of telecommunications technology and solution sales is crucial.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions, including BSS/OSS systems.
• Awareness of industry trends, regulatory standards, and emerging technologies within the MVNO arena.
• Strong grasp of telecom infrastructures, services, and platforms.
• Familiarity with MVNO models (full/light/thin) and telecommunications operations, encompassing billing, network management, and customer provisioning.
• Demonstrated capability to engage with technically proficient audiences, delivering clear, compelling, and well-organized pitches, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Proven experience in managing a complete pre-sales cycle: from technical discovery and qualification to proof-of-concept design, proposal creation, and handoff, with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering on commitments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural talent for establishing relationships and trust with customers and internal teams.
