This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive technical solution requirements in the development of enterprise-wide agentic AI and LLM-driven information systems.
• Design specific technical frameworks, select models and tools, and create end-to-end agentic architectures.
• Offer expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
• Act as the primary technical authority for intricate agentic AI implementations.
• Ensure that agentic and AI/ML architectures are strategically aligned to foster business growth and adaptability.
• Develop and uphold extensive governance frameworks that cover the entire lifecycle of agentic AI.
• Play a key role in the strategic planning and management of agentic AI product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics.
• Improve and sustain a scalable architecture for systems/solutions within a multi-agent platform.
• Collaborate across functions to develop and design intricate agentic solutions.
• Create solutions utilizing Agile methodologies and contemporary automation techniques.
• Drive ongoing innovation and enhancements in programming.
• Serve as a hands-on Agentic Solutions Architect and the foremost subject matter expert for designated functional areas.
• Work closely with the program Chief Architect.
• Lead, manage, and mentor both individuals and engineering teams.
• Install, configure, and oversee enterprise-level agentic platforms.
• Develop seamless integrations with CI/CD pipelines, identity/access management, APIs, repositories, and centralized monitoring systems.
• Implement enterprise deployment models that ensure data and AI security across PII/PHI boundaries.
• Educate engineering teams and end-users, creating customized onboarding and adoption resources.
• Build consensus and align various stakeholder groups around secure agentic AI capabilities and the value of the platform.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific or technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience leading system architecture for complex, cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Strong foundational experience in software engineering.
• Six years of hands-on software development experience in designing solutions on complex cloud and data architectures.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on production experience in designing, building, or deploying complex LLM-based AI/ML solutions.
• At least one year of hands-on production experience in designing, building, or deploying agent-based solutions.
• Proven ability in data preparation workflows specifically tailored for AI/ML and agentic systems.
• Demonstrated experience in designing highly secure AI and data solutions that handle Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Experience collaborating with customers and organizational stakeholders to present solutions to user communities.
• Background in designing cost-effective, cloud-scalable AI/ML and agentic solutions.
• Evidence of establishing consensus and alignment among multiple corporate stakeholder groups.
• Skilled in working effectively within an Agile or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
