This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to spearhead the onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise clients.

• Create scalable integration architectures utilizing APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications.

• Guide clients through intricate deployment choices, encompassing both agent-based and agentless models.

• Convert business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.

• Oversee technical discovery, implementation planning, and customer solution design.

• Resolve complex integration and data flow issues within customer environments.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for clients during onboarding and growth phases.

• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and implementation frameworks that enhance delivery consistency.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and elevate the customer experience.

• 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS settings.

• Extensive experience in designing and supporting API-driven integrations and sophisticated technical workflows.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and contemporary cloud architectures.

• Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL.

• Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking abilities across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity.

• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record in leading customer-facing technical projects and managing implementation complexities.
