This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Bitrise clients, showcasing how the company meets their business needs.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, enabling you to function as a subject matter expert for our clients regarding mobile development best practices.
• Collaborate with Bitrise's product and engineering teams to provide insights and industry trends that will influence the product roadmap.
• Work closely with developers from our largest clients to troubleshoot complex Mobile DevOps issues, particularly in the realm of CI/CD.
• Function as the technical escalation point for the global support team.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader for Bitrise in the industry, which includes participating in and speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and writing blog articles.
• Support the Customer Success Managers in delivering technical consultancy during the onboarding process for enterprise clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with technical advocates within our customer base to empower them to become advocates for the company.
• Drive positive business outcomes for our enterprise clients by educating, training, designing, and assisting in the implementation of their company solutions.
• Contribute to shaping and executing strategies that foster high user adoption.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in mobile app development or related processes.
• Familiarity with shell scripting.
• Proven experience in publishing an app to the App/Play Store.
• Skilled in setting up CI pipelines.
• Basic understanding of DevOps best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• A motivated, enthusiastic attitude combined with a commitment to end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced technical abilities to confidently discuss customer needs and business objectives, along with a passion for ongoing learning!
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel onsite with clients as necessary.
