This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor to Bitrise clients, showcasing how the company meets their business needs.

• Stay informed about industry best practices, enabling you to act as a subject matter expert in mobile development for our clients.

• Collaborate with Bitrise's product and engineering teams to provide insights and industry trends that influence the product roadmap.

• Partner with developers from our largest clients to troubleshoot intricate Mobile DevOps challenges, focusing on CI/CD.

• Function as the technical escalation point for the global support team.

• Position yourself as a thought leader for Bitrise in the industry by attending and presenting at conferences, hosting webinars, and writing blog posts.

• Support Customer Success Managers by offering technical consultancy during the onboarding of enterprise clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with technical advocates within our customer base, empowering them to become company champions.

• Facilitate successful business outcomes for our enterprise clients by educating, training, designing, and assisting in the implementation of their solutions.

• Help define and implement strategies that promote robust user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Familiarity with mobile app development or related processes.

• Proficiency in shell scripting.

• Experience in publishing an app on the App Store or Play Store.

• Knowledge in setting up CI pipelines.

• General understanding of DevOps best practices.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• A keen eye for accuracy and detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A demonstrated history of building and maintaining customer relationships.

• A motivated, positive attitude with a commitment to end-to-end ownership.

• Advanced technical skills to confidently address customer needs and business objectives, with a passion for continuous learning.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel onsite with clients as necessary.
