Solutions Applied Data Scientist, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, construction, and validation of intricate healthcare data cohorts utilized for AI model training.

• Serve as a technical collaborator for complex data challenges, encompassing cohort construction and data validation.

• Convert research and client requirements into actionable dataset definitions.

• Develop SQL queries and analyses necessary for dataset creation.

• Collaborate with delivery engineers to execute solutions that necessitate modifications to data pipelines.

• Ensure datasets meet quality standards and acceptance criteria through validation.

• Partner with AI researchers to convert objectives into feasible dataset specifications.

• Examine partner datasets to understand schemas and assess data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with large structured healthcare datasets.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with a track record of writing complex queries.

• Familiarity with Claude Code / Codex.

• Experience in joining and transforming extensive datasets.

• Background in data validation and exploratory analysis.

• Strong Python capabilities for data analysis and scripting tasks.

• Experience with structured file formats such as CSV, Parquet, etc.

• Ability to interpret ambiguous requirements into clear data logic.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
