Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the influence of our services across various districts to uncover insights that illustrate our impact, identify factors leading to repeatable results, and recognize indicators that suggest when outcomes are at risk.

• Create innovative reporting and storytelling strategies to tackle business challenges and propose solutions.

• Generate clear and straightforward data visualizations, tables, and dashboards using business intelligence tools to track metrics, prototype GroweLab reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Utilize modern reporting tools to enhance and automate manual, repetitive reporting processes, delivering new insights to leaders in an engaging and timely manner.

• Provide recommendations on which data points to analyze and monitor based on project objectives.

• Produce ad-hoc reports to support business processes and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Coordinate inputs from various sources, synthesize data and information, and craft qualitative commentary that captures key messages.

• Employ data modeling, prototyping, statistics, data mining, and scenario analysis to gather, explore, and extract insights, summarizing them in concise reports.

• Prepare data for analysis by inspecting, cleansing, and transforming it as needed.

• Ensure data integrity by providing quality assurance and conducting user acceptance testing on platform reports and associated data, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

• Design and administer surveys for data collection related to e2L products.

• Serve as a "Data Translator," effectively communicating and articulating the value of analytical work.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in data/reporting technical roles.

• Strong analytical skills for thoroughly and accurately examining data sets.

• Ability to simplify complex insights for audiences without a technical background.

• Competence in working within a data environment characterized by a high level of ambiguity.

• Proficiency in data visualization techniques that reflect best-in-class standards.

• Capability to experiment, learn, persevere through challenges, and methodically solve complex problems.

• Skills to extend beyond descriptive analytics to derive deeper insights using tools/platforms such as QuickSight and HubSpot dashboards.

• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively (both written and verbally) at all organizational levels.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects with differing milestones and deadlines.

• Project Management experience is a plus.

• Preferred experience collaborating with IT.

• Special consideration will be given to candidates proficient in data analysis languages such as SQL and Python.
