This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Serve as the Product Owner in Agile initiatives, accountable for designing products and innovative solutions within the organization;
• Collaborate with the architecture team to convert business requirements into Epics and User Stories for implementation by development teams;
• Offer guidance and eliminate obstacles to ensure successful project delivery;
• Lead problem-solving efforts and foster continuous improvement of the solution, identifying key stakeholders and inspiring working groups to enhance specific areas;
• Partner with development teams to ensure they grasp the product or project vision and are producing robust, reusable components;
• Create comprehensive product or project specifications that are easily understood by development teams;
• Establish acceptance criteria for User Stories and address any inquiries from the team;
• Collaborate with other Solutions Analysts to pinpoint gaps and overlaps in functionality, ensuring a high level of reuse across projects and products;
• Oversee internal product/project documentation;
• Ensure that project deliveries are visible, clear, and transparent for all stakeholders;
• Review regulations and standards, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of technical product documentation;
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations both internally and externally;
• Provide third-level support to cooperatives for the solutions and products under your responsibility;
• Maintain a clear and consistent understanding of the characteristics, rules, objectives, and positioning of the products and processes you engage with;
• Deliver products and processes that add significant value to the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• Strong communication skills and a systems thinking approach;
• Experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, modeling, and project methodologies — traditional (PMI) and/or Agile (Scrum or Kanban);
• Experience with financial products;
• Familiarity with concepts related to technical and financial feasibility.
