Solution Success Manager – Diagnostic Radiology

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions for a variety of audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administrators.

• Acquire and communicate the intricacies of specific care pathways, encompassing clinical workflows, patient journeys, and treatment protocols, linking them to our solutions.

• Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, radiology IT, technologists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challenges.

• Translate complex clinical requirements into demonstrable workflows within our product suite.

• Collaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) to create and deliver customized sales presentations that resonate with various healthcare stakeholders.

• Conduct preliminary solutioning of Aidoc products during pre-sales activities, showcasing how they can enhance customer clinical team workflows.

• Oversee the clinical onboarding and change management process, which includes assessing current workflows, identifying key objectives, optimizing workflows for users, and supporting initiatives for successful post-sale adoption.

• Deliver expert-level product training to both internal teams and clients.

• Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that deployed solutions meet the anticipated deliverables outlined in the pre-sales engagement.

• Collect and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre-sales and onboarding stages to guide product development.

• Act as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client interactions.

• Facilitate implementation processes that conform to clinical workflows and regulatory standards.

• Serve as a bridge between product development, radiology platform vendors, and commercial teams during the late beta and early scaling phases of new solutions, ensuring that clinical needs and workflow optimization details are integrated into the solution launch process.

• Attend various vendor conferences and Aidoc events as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive radiology experience, including a background and certification in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) (e.g., Radiology Manager, CT Technologist, PACS Administrator).

• Prior exposure to AI technologies within the healthcare sector.

• Essential understanding of the complexities present in imaging environments.

• Proven willingness to collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Experience in supporting pre-sales engagements and conducting live product demonstrations.

• In-depth knowledge of radiology workflows (including subspecialties), patient journeys, clinical workflows, and healthcare protocols, gained through hands-on experience in an acute healthcare setting, including imaging experience within a large acute comprehensive center.

• Strong capability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, recognizing their specific challenges and goals to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Proficient in imaging IT systems, including RIS/PACS, and informatics platforms.

• Good grasp of AI technology and its applications in healthcare.

• Ability to map intricate clinical requirements into product workflows and offer insightful recommendations.

• Exceptional skill in delivering persuasive product demonstrations and customized presentations.

• Clear and empathetic communication skills to connect with diverse audiences, from clinicians to administrators.

• Skilled in translating customer needs into actionable solutions.

• Capable of guiding both pre-sales solutioning and post-sales implementation to achieve specific objectives.

• Proficient in designing and delivering engaging product training for internal teams and external clients.

• Adaptable in tailoring training to suit various skill levels and stakeholder needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients.

• Ability to manage change effectively, ensuring buy-in across teams during the onboarding and adoption phases.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects and timelines.

• Ensures alignment between pre-sales commitments and post-sales deliverables.

• Skilled in gathering and synthesizing client feedback to inform product development and enhance customer success.
