This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Optimize the company's sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and securing new business with both new and existing clients.
• Target Enterprise accounts with a focus on acquiring new clients.
• Achieve annual sales objectives.
• Assess and evaluate new business opportunities while identifying customer challenges.
• Present Sphera's perspective in executive discussions.
• Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling, attending conferences, and participating in trade shows.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers across various functions.
• Maintain precise sales forecasts.
• Take responsibility for driving revenue growth within Sphera's designated business sectors.
• Present solutions to key clients.
• Create proposals for enterprise software licenses.
• Negotiate contracts for enterprise software.
• Understand customer decision-making processes and develop closing strategies for projected business.
• Grasp Sphera's unique value proposition.
• At least 5+ years of proven success in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to Global 2000 companies.
• Proven track record of closing large and complex sales; encourages and participates in innovative deal-making.
• Strong sales hunter capabilities.
• Experience includes negotiations, building successful partnerships, and/or joint ventures.
• Has successfully implemented sales strategies in evolving markets.
• Understands the product sales cycle and associated challenges, including competitors' strategies.
• Effectively adapts and leverages products, services, and operations to compete in competitive environments.
• Places utmost importance on customer satisfaction.
• Actively listens to customer needs.
• Has successfully closed significant deals and is well-regarded, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Enjoys engaging with customers and prospects.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong relationship management skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.
