This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Showcase products and assets from Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash, a part of Accenture, to clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with both prospects and existing customers.
• Collect requirements for substantial Amazon Connect and transformation initiatives.
• Develop engaging demonstrations that highlight the Amazon and Salesforce platforms.
• Draft and revise proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Assist in managing and updating lead information within Salesforce.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to enhance efficiency.
• Acquire knowledge about Salesforce and AI products to make informed recommendations.
• Work closely on project scope and estimates during the pre-sales phase.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings.
• Ensure the highest quality of customer experience.
• Promote innovation within Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI technologies.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in selling CRM solutions or services, preferably with a focus on Amazon Connect.
• 2 to 3 years in a customer-facing role, with a preference for experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Remote & In-Person: Ensuring everyone stays connected and unified as one team.
• Travel: Expected travel commitment of up to 25%.
