Solution Development Consultant

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the most challenging customer issues from start to finish.

• Transform ambiguous, unique customer problems into stable production solutions across various deployments.

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that tackle genuine customer challenges.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customer regulatory, operations, and IT stakeholders.

• Lead executive discussions, technical workshops, and solution reviews, assisting customers in achieving measurable business results and long-term adoption.

• Convert recurring customer issues and real-world outcomes into evaluation criteria, patterns, and priorities that the Product and Engineering teams incorporate into the platform.

• Enhance a growing knowledge base by fostering a shared knowledge environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience providing software solutions to enterprise clients.

• Proficiency with reporting and analytics technologies, as well as financial, sustainability, governance, risk, compliance, or related areas.

• Experience in configuring, customizing, and delivering software solutions in customer environments, managing complex implementations from initial requirements to deployment and adoption.

• Capability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders, including regulatory teams, IT, and executive sponsors.

• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems and common integration patterns.

• Experience collaborating with external implementation partners, advisory firms, systems integrators, or audit firms.

• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent-based architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and AI application lifecycle management.
